About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead their quality initiatives in a remote-first operational model. This critical role involves establishing and maintaining robust quality management systems, ensuring all products meet stringent standards before they reach customers. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality control processes across all stages of production, working closely with manufacturing and R&D teams virtually.

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality assurance and control systems.
- Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements through remote auditing and reporting.
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of quality awareness and accountability.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure new products meet quality specifications from the design phase.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Proven experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
- Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with demonstrated success in managing remote teams and processes.
