Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

Our client is looking for a meticulous Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team, offering a remote work arrangement with occasional visits to their offices in Centurion . You will be responsible for ensuring that all pharmaceutical products meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout their lifecycle. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and safety of our client's products and requires a strong understanding of quality management systems and compliance.

The position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can independently manage quality processes and contribute to a robust quality culture.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits from regulatory agencies and partners.
• Review and approve batch records, validation documents, and SOPs.
• Investigate deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP , ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Quality Risk Management (QRM) and CAPA systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
