Training & Quality Consultant

Position: Training & Quality Consultant - Hybrid Role
Transform learning experiences at Marsh as a Senior Training & Quality Consultant in Toronto. This hybrid position emphasizes engaging training design and high-quality delivery aligned with corporate strategy.

As a Senior Training & Quality Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end training delivery for Programs & Affinity, collaborating with global teams to implement best practices.

Your role includes continual enhancement of instructional quality and the development of quality assurance frameworks to support effective training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clear learning objectives and instructional materials

• Assess and implement quality assurance policies

• Act as a quality assurance subject matter expert

• Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions

• Analyze audit findings to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• 5+ years in similar learning & development roles

• Background in adult learning principles and e-learning

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Proven experience with innovative learning technologies

• Familiarity with video content creation is a plus
