About
The Role
We're looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our remote team. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of our vocational assessment and rehabilitation services.
What You'll Do
Conduct regular audits and reviews of vocational assessment reports in both English and French, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Proofread vocational reports for continuity, consistency, accuracy, and spelling in both official languages.
Collaborate with vocational rehabilitation counsellors, assessors, and other remote team members to identify areas for improvement.
Assist clinical staff with formulating recommendations and applying standardized bilingual report templates and formats.
Monitor client satisfaction and feedback from both English and French-speaking clients, and implement actions to improve service delivery.
Maintain accurate records using web-based tracking systems to monitor timelines, due dates, and reporting expectations.
Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive remote work culture.
What We're Looking For
Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) as you will be interacting with clients and team members across Canada
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in quality assurance, proofreading, or a related healthcare or rehabilitation field.
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule in a remote environment.
Proficiency with web-based tools, document management systems, and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g. MS Teams, Google Workspace).
Commitment to accuracy, integrity, and the highest standards of client service.
Registration with l'Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d'orientation du Québec (OCCOQ)
