About the Role
Our client is actively searching for a meticulous Remote Sanitation Quality Assurer to join their operations, focusing on maintaining impeccable hygiene standards across their diverse portfolio of properties managed remotely. This role is vital for ensuring consistency and excellence in sanitation practices without requiring physical presence will develop and implement quality assurance protocols, analyze performance data, conduct virtual inspections, and provide feedback to on-site teams.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in sanitation and a strong aptitude for remote management and quality control in the Western Cape region and beyond.
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive sanitation quality assurance programs and standards.
- Conduct remote audits and analysis of cleaning performance data to ensure compliance and identify trends.
- Provide constructive feedback and targeted training recommendations to on-site cleaning teams and supervisors.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and new sanitation technologies.
- Collaborate with operational managers to address quality issues and implement improvement strategies.
- Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports on sanitation quality across facilities.
- Proven experience in quality assurance , sanitation management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage responsibilities remotely.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for assessing quality standards.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations relevant to various industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and feedback.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for data analysis, reporting, and virtual collaboration.
