About the Role
Our client is seeking a meticulous and analytical Remote Quality Assurance Specialist to join their distributed team, supporting manufacturing operations from anywhere. This role is crucial for maintaining the high standards of our products by developing, implementing, and executing comprehensive quality assurance strategies. You will work independently, collaborating virtually with engineering, production, and compliance teams to ensure all products meet rigorous quality benchmarks and regulatory requirements.
This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote role, allowing you to contribute significantly without the need for relocation to George .
- Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for new and existing products.
- Conduct thorough analysis of test results and document defects with clear, concise reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and identify potential quality issues early in the development cycle.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for quality improvement.
- Maintain and update quality assurance documentation , procedures, and standards.
- Participate in root cause analysis for product defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role within a manufacturing context.
- Proficiency in developing and executing various testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation is highly desirable.
