Health Safety & Quality Supervisor

Position: Health Safety & Quality Supervisor Hybrid Role
Location: Burlington

Become a leader in Environmental Health & Safety at DCM in Brampton/Burlington, Ontario. Ensure compliance and enhance quality systems with a hybrid work schedule.

As the Supervisor for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality, you will implement and maintain critical EHSQ systems, ensuring adherence to regulations and ISO standards, including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. Your collaboration with teams will foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement, making a tangible impact on operations across Canadian sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own ISO 9001 system management and compliance

• Facilitate incident investigations and corrective action planning

• Support internal training for compliance and capability

• Monitor and report on safety performance

• Deliver insights on risk trends to leadership

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education (3-5 years experience preferred)

• Strong knowledge of ISO, health & safety regulations

• Experience in managing certification processes like FSC

• Proficient in conducting ergonomic assessments

• Results-oriented mindset focused on process improvement
