About the Role
Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Remote Automotive Quality Control Inspector to ensure the highest standards of vehicle repair and service across their network, operating remotely from Mahikeng or any location. In this vital role, you will remotely review repair orders, diagnostic reports, and customer feedback to identify any deviations from quality standards. Your keen eye for detail and understanding of automotive best practices will be crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational integrity.
This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute significantly to quality assurance in the automotive industry without the need for on-site presence.
- Remotely review and analyze automotive repair orders for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to service guidelines.
- Evaluate diagnostic reports and technical documentation to ensure proper fault identification and resolution.
- Monitor customer feedback and service records to identify trends and potential quality issues.
- Conduct virtual audits of service processes and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to service managers and technicians to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of quality control inspections and corrective actions taken.
- Extensive experience as an Automotive Technician , Service Advisor, or Quality Control role.
- Thorough understanding of automotive repair procedures, diagnostics, and industry standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms for documentation and communication in a remote setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide constructive feedback.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote environment.
