Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance their manufacturing quality systems in Randburg . This role will involve ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance through rigorous testing and process monitoring. You will work closely with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and maintain quality documentation.

The ideal candidate is methodical, analytical, and committed to upholding the integrity of the company's products in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and standards.
• Conduct regular audits of production processes and finished products to ensure compliance.
• Investigate product defects and customer complaints, determining root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage quality documentation, including test results, inspection reports, and certificates of analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a quality-focused culture throughout the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis, root cause analysis techniques, and CAPA implementation.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
