- Conduct remote audits and reviews of aircraft maintenance records and documentation for regulatory compliance.

- Assess and approve vendor quality control procedures and performance metrics.
- Investigate quality discrepancies and non-conformances, recommending and tracking corrective actions.
- Provide expert guidance on quality assurance best practices to maintenance teams and external partners.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized digital records of all inspection activities and findings.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation quality assurance or aircraft maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g., SA CAA, EASA, FAA) and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Relevant aviation maintenance certifications or degree in a related field.
