Quality Assurance Associate

Solothurn, Switzerland | Hybrid | Contract Position

We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to join a quality-focused team within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. This position is ideal for a junior QA professional with initial experience in Quality Systems who is looking to further develop their expertise while collaborating with both local and global stakeholders.

• Support a range of Quality Management System (QMS) activities
• Assist with audit and inspection readiness initiatives
• Support supplier and contractor onboarding processes
• Coordinate governance meetings, including scheduling, KPI tracking, and preparation of quality metrics
• Review GMP documentation, procedures, records, and logbooks
• Provide support for deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and vendor management activities
• Collaborate with local and global Quality Assurance teams as a key point of contact
• Support quality reporting and ensure timely follow-up of quality-related actions

• Initial experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP-regulated environment,
  min. 2-3 years
• Exposure to Quality Systems processes such as:
• Deviations
• Change Controls
• CAPAs
• Experience with electronic quality systems is advantageous (e.g. Veeva, Oracle)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
• Comfortable taking initiative and managing multiple priorities

• 80% workload (4 days per week)
• Hybrid working model with 1 home office day per week
• Contract until February 2027 with potential extension
• Exposure to global quality processes and cross-functional collaboration
• Fast interview process with a single interview stage
