- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections, analyzing results to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze production data and defect reports to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure new products meet stringent quality specifications.
- Mentor junior quality control staff and promote a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements related to product quality and safety.
- Bachelor2 e9s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate remotely.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.
