SGS seeks a detail-oriented individual to support its quality assurance team. You'll provide guidance and monitoring to ensure laboratory operations conform to established Quality Management Systems. Key tasks include maintaining documentation, improving lab services, and liaising with managers for continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer Quality Management System documentation
• Monitor proficiency testing and round robin performance
• Conduct internal audits as per audit schedules
• Assist with method development and validation
• Support administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in quality assurance or control
• Experience with ISO/IEC 17025 preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quality management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
