- Perform a variety of analytical tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished pharmaceutical products using techniques such as HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy.
- Accurately document all testing procedures, results, and deviations in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Review and approve analytical data, ensuring compliance with established specifications and regulatory guidelines.
- Investigate Out-of-Specification (OOS) results and deviations, participating in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality for accurate testing.
- Contribute to the development and validation of new analytical methods as required, supporting the remote quality control operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical quality control or analytical testing role.
- Proficiency with common analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, dissolution apparatus).
- Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA).
- Excellent attention to detail, data integrity, and documentation skills, essential for remote work.
