Our client is looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to lead their quality initiatives within the manufacturing sector, operating entirely remotely. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining comprehensive quality management systems, ensuring all products meet rigorous standards. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of QA methodologies and the ability to drive continuous improvement across all manufacturing processes through effective digital oversight.
You will work closely with production, engineering, and compliance teams to uphold product integrity and customer satisfaction from your remote workspace.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the overall Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
- Conduct remote audits and analyze data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Oversee product testing, validation, and release processes, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Drive a culture of quality throughout the organization via virtual training and communication initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within manufacturing.
- Extensive knowledge of QMS frameworks like ISO 9001 and relevant industry regulations.
- Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams remotely using digital tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
