Welo Data is seeking a detail-oriented QA Audio Rater to ensure high-quality ratings in their audio rating program. This position allows for 10 hours a week of remote work, ideal for those with a keen eye for detail and audio calibration. You'll play a crucial role in identifying inaccuracies and helping maintain the integrity of the rating pool during the initial pilot phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit 30% of production output generated during the pilot phase

• Identify miscalibration or inconsistent scoring across raters

• Provide actionable feedback and corrections to improve ratings

• Complete onboarding and training before the rollout

• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and consistency in judgment

• Ability to identify miscalibration patterns and articulate feedback

• Comfortable working independently in an early-stage setting

• Prior QA, auditing, or rating experience is an advantage

• Availability for 10 hours a week onsite
