- Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001.
- Design and conduct process capability studies and statistical process control (SPC) analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and assurance teams to resolve quality issues.
- Develop and deliver training on quality standards and procedures to relevant personnel.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or quality engineering, with a focus on quality systems.
- Proven experience with ISO 9001 implementation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods, SPC, and root cause analysis tools.
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.
