- Develop and implement detailed quality assurance test plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.
- Conduct remote inspections and audits of production data, process parameters, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify, document, and track quality issues, providing detailed reports on findings and proposed corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related problems and implement preventative measures.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure continuous improvement of quality systems.
- Utilize quality management software and tools to track performance metrics and report on quality trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, statistical process control (SPC), and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and virtual communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setup.
