Quality Control Technician - FMCG

Our client is seeking a meticulous and technically skilled Quality Control Technician to join their FMCG production team. This is a fully remote role that requires you to conduct quality assurance checks and testing remotely, ensuring that all products meet stringent quality and safety standards before they reach consumers. You will analyze test results, document findings, and collaborate with production teams to address any quality deviations.

This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of our client's brands and ensuring customer satisfaction across their product lines, operating from a remote setting to support operations nationwide.

• Perform quality control tests and inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods according to established protocols.
• Analyze test results and interpret data to determine product compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Document all quality control activities, including test results, deviations, and corrective actions taken.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement process improvements.
• Maintain calibration and good working order of laboratory equipment.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant food safety and quality regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO).

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related technical field.
• 1-3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Familiarity with quality control methodologies, testing procedures, and relevant regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage remote testing processes effectively.
