- Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for web, mobile, and backend systems.
- Lead, mentor, and coach QA engineers by providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development support.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Dev Ops teams to ensure requirements are testable, measurable, and aligned with quality objectives.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and minimize regression risks.
- Develop and oversee performance, load, and security testing strategies to validate system reliability and scalability under real‑world conditions.
- Evaluate and standardize testing tools, technologies, frameworks, and best practices across projects.
- Establish data‑driven testing practices and monitor product quality through relevant KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
- Lead defect triage meetings, coordinate release testing, and ensure timely issue resolution and risk communication.
- Promote a quality‑first mindset across engineering teams, advocating for testability, maintainability, and robust system design.
- Continuously improve QA processes to enhance testing efficiency, software reliability, and release confidence.
The ideal candidate combines substantial software testing experience with strong automation engineering capabilities, technical leadership, and the ability to improve quality practices across cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

- Strong understanding of test strategy, automation architecture, regression testing, and release validation.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented approach with a commitment to software quality and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide engineers and coordinate effectively across teams.
