About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive Environmental Services Technician to join their dynamic team, focusing on developing and implementing innovative sanitation strategies remotely. This role involves the remote oversight and strategic planning of cleaning and sanitation protocols for various facilities. You will be instrumental in creating best practice guidelines, training materials, and performance metrics for on-site teams. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of sanitation science and the ability to manage and improve environmental hygiene from a distance, ensuring consistent high standards across operations based in Tembisa and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine standardized cleaning and sanitation protocols for diverse facility types.
Create training modules and resources for on-site cleaning staff, focusing on best practices and safety.
Analyze sanitation reports and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Conduct virtual audits and assessments of cleaning operations, providing feedback and guidance.

Requirements
