Remote Lead Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Quality Assurance Engineers, fostering their professional growth and performance.
• Design and oversee the execution of quality control plans and procedures throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to ensure efficient and effective quality validation.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, and production teams to ensure product design and manufacturing processes meet quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits and assessments of manufacturing processes and systems.
• Stay updated with the latest quality management techniques, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed quality reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
• Champion a culture of quality consciousness throughout the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing robust quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Extensive knowledge of statistical quality control (SQC), Six Sigma methodologies, and Lean manufacturing principles.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks relevant to manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage remote teams effectively and foster collaboration.
• Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.
