This role focuses on post-closing and pre-funding reviews, identifying risk, ensuring agency and investor guideline compliance, and producing detailed audit analyses that guide process improvements.
You will manage a high-volume review pipeline, stay current with evolving regulations (FNMA/Freddie Mac, FHA/VA/USDA, RESPA, TILA, Dodd-Frank), and partner with leadership to uphold loan
