Bilingual Quality Assurance Analyst Remote

Support reliable health technology remotely as a bilingual Quality Assurance Analyst, using analytical thinking and detailed software testing skills.
As a Systems Quality Analyst, you will analyze business and technical requirements, develop test scenarios, and execute tests. You will document defects, maintain test records, and help ensure solutions meet established quality standards. The position supports TELUS Health solutions and offers office attendance where available.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze documentation to identify testing requirements and test cases
Plan testing activities and ensure appropriate test coverage
Execute integrated solution tests against quality standards
Document defects, follow resolutions, and verify corrections
Monitor testing progress and provide manager status updates
Requirements:
Degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Ability to manage priorities independently and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written French and English communication
Aptitude for computerized environments and learning new tools
Apply bilingual communication, test execution, and defect management skills to quality assurance work supporting TELUS Health solutions.
