The Quality Specialist reviews and edits jobs after they are photographed, so that images and subject data are consistent and accurate before they reach customers. Photographers focus on capturing great images on photo day; the Quality Specialist owns the quality control editing that follows.
The role ensures consistency in head size, positioning, lighting, and subject data across all photographers and regions. By identifying and correcting issues before images reach customers, the Quality Specialist helps reduce remakes, improve efficiency, and maintain a consistent brand experience across yearbooks, composites, and online galleries.
