Lead biology quality assurance in a remote setting by overseeing AI training projects and ensuring accurate output quality. Engage in both scientific reviews and trainer performance evaluation to maintain the highest standards.
As a Biology Quality Assurance Lead under contract, you will utilize your strong biology expertise while working remotely. You will assess AI-generated biology content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and adherence to guidelines.
Your role will include active communication with trainers and quality assurance teams, providing valuable feedback and support in project endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor quality by spot-checking biology items and providing feedback
• Evaluate AI-generated explanations for clarity and correctness
• Update trainers and QAs about project and guideline changes
• Handle questions from trainers promptly regarding scientific content
• Maintain comprehensive biology project documentation
Requirements:
• Degree in Biology or related field
• 3+ years in biology research or quality control
• Strong command of the English language
• Familiarity with laboratory methods and safety procedures
• Remote team leadership experience preferred
