- Own and improve QMS for simulation products, programs, and services.
- Conduct risk-based audits and maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification.
Customer and Supplier Quality:
- Serve as primary quality liaison for customers and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality commitments flow down and are verified before acceptance.
- Lead CAPA activities and root-cause analysis for systemic issues.
- Use quality data and lessons learned to drive process improvements.
