Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Industrial

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality assurance programs and procedures for industrial products.
• Establish and monitor key quality metrics (KPIs) and performance indicators to track product quality trends.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Perform internal and external audits of suppliers and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Lead and participate in product development teams, providing quality assurance input throughout the design and manufacturing lifecycle.
• Develop and execute test plans and procedures for product validation and verification.
• Analyze quality data using statistical tools and software to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay current with industry quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements relevant to industrial equipment.
• Train and mentor junior QA personnel and contribute to the overall quality culture within the organization.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, and familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with various testing methodologies and equipment for industrial components and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document findings clearly and concisely.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) are highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
