QA Engineer

The phrase  it works on my machine  makes you wince, which is exactly why you'd make a great QA Engineer here in Long Beach. The Long Beach role is less about the $112,000 - $160,000 and more about what 3 years of Zephyr lets you own at McDonalds.

• Own data integrity across McDonalds's Zephyr stores so Long Beach numbers never lie
• Mentor newer mid-level hires on how McDonalds actually wires Interpersonal Skills together
• Stand up observability so McDonalds sees failures before customers in CA do
• Backfill Xray test coverage on the riskiest corners of McDonalds's codebase
• Stress-test BDD systems until they bend, then harden where they cracked
• Support migration of on-premise services to cloud-native architecture
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong code-review culture

• Proven Zephyr results, ideally seasoned in Long Beach, CA
• A bias toward asking the dumb question before the expensive mistake
• A learner's pace that keeps up with shifting requirements
• Storytelling instincts that turn data into a decision
• The kind of listening that makes the other person feel heard
• The discipline to document while it's fresh, not after it's forgotten
