Sourcepoint, a Firstsource company, is seeking a Quality Auditor to identify, analyze and improve quality across client processes. This remote, work-from-home role focuses on auditing, reporting, and driving improvements to meet SLA quality metrics under client contracts.
You will train staff, develop quality reports, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure high performance. A background in QA or QA auditing, call center experience, and bilingual Spanish/English are required.
