You will support TL 9000 metric collection, internal surveillance audits, and cost of quality tracking across quotations, engineering, and execution teams.
The role is 100% remote and reports to the Services Quality Leader. A minimum of 5 years in telecom QA/audit and strong Excel/SharePoint skills are required.
