Remote Quality Systems Specialist

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Oversee and manage internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver training programs on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to remote teams.
• Manage quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality records.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of non-conformance, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Facilitate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of quality issues.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate quality considerations into product development and manufacturing processes.
• Stay updated on evolving quality regulations, industry best practices, and emerging quality technologies.
• Act as a key point of contact for quality-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

• Extensive experience in quality assurance and quality management systems, with a strong focus on developing and maintaining QMS.
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and relevant industry-specific regulations.
• Proven ability to manage quality systems in a remote or distributed work environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Strong proficiency in quality management software, documentation control systems, and remote collaboration tools.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and training skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
