• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans and test procedures.
• Conduct detailed inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Analyze test results, identify deviations from specifications, and document findings accurately.
• Collaborate remotely with production, engineering, and R&D teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed records of all quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports.
• Assist in the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment and laboratory instruments.
• Stay updated with industry quality standards and regulations relevant to the manufacturing sector.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality management systems and processes.
• Prepare quality performance reports for management review.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in Centurion .
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC).
• Proficiency in various testing methodologies and the use of precision measuring instruments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Experience with quality assurance software and tools.
• A relevant technical qualification or certification in Quality Assurance is highly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
