Quality Assurance Analyst; QA Analyst

• Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web platforms to ensure optimal user experiences.
• Document software bugs, glitches, and user experience issues with precision and clarity, providing actionable feedback for development teams.
• Collaborate and communicate findings with developers and other stakeholders to drive continuous product improvements.
• Verify that application features function correctly across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring compatibility and performance consistency.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on testing outcomes, including recommendations for enhancements and issue resolution, on a daily or weekly basis as required.
