• Perform remote quality assurance reviews of aircraft maintenance records, work orders, and technical documentation.
• Conduct virtual audits of maintenance facilities, processes, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable aviation regulations (e.g., SACAA, EASA, FAA) and company quality standards.
• Identify non-conformities, defects, and areas for improvement in quality processes.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
• Prepare detailed quality assurance reports and present findings to management.
• Maintain accurate and organized quality assurance records.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
• Stay updated on the latest aviation regulations, industry standards, and best practices in quality assurance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• A valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation quality assurance or aircraft maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations and quality management systems (QMS).
• Experience with various aircraft types and their maintenance programs.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for documentation review and virtual audits.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
