Remote Quality Control Specialist

• Perform remote analysis of quality data, inspection reports, and test results.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to address and resolve quality non-conformances.
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including SOPs and inspection protocols.
• Monitor product quality trends and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the investigation of customer complaints related to product quality.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
• Communicate quality findings and recommendations to management and relevant departments.
• Participate in remote audits and process reviews.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices in quality control.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality management systems.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Engineering, Quality Management) or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is a plus.
• Experience with quality management software is advantageous.
