Remote Lead Quality Control Inspector - Finished Goods

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality control plans and procedures for finished goods.
• Lead and mentor a team of remote Quality Control Inspectors, providing guidance and performance oversight.
• Conduct detailed inspections and audits of finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective and preventative actions to improve product quality.
• Investigate product quality issues, root causes, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Train and onboard new remote quality inspectors.
• Facilitate effective communication between the quality team and other departments (e.g., production, engineering).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality control function.

• Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or Manager, with a strong focus on finished goods.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team, preferably in a remote setting.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality control methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
