Remote Quality Assurance Inspector - Sanitation Standards

Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Remote Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure that sanitation standards are consistently met across all facilities serviced by our organization. This fully remote role involves remotely assessing the quality of cleaning services provided, developing inspection protocols, and analyzing reports to maintain and improve hygiene levels. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a thorough understanding of cleaning best practices, and the ability to evaluate performance based on established criteria.

• Develop and refine checklists and standards for cleaning quality assurance inspections.
• Remotely review submitted inspection reports, photos, and feedback from on-site teams or clients.
• Analyze data to identify trends, recurring issues, and areas needing improvement in cleaning quality.
• Provide constructive feedback and actionable recommendations to cleaning teams and management.
• Conduct virtual quality audits and performance evaluations of cleaning services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements for sanitation and hygiene.
• Collaborate with operational teams to implement corrective actions and track their effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, findings, and resolutions.
• Communicate inspection results and quality metrics to stakeholders clearly and concisely.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance, cleaning management, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control standards and inspection procedures.
• Strong understanding of sanitation, hygiene, and cleaning protocols in various environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and platforms.
• Experience with various cleaning equipment and chemicals is advantageous.
• While the role is remote, occasional travel to sites near Mossel Bay, Western Cape might be necessary for specific high-level audits.
