Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Miami, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating and maintaining property listings, generating and following up on leads, negotiating deals, providing excellent client service, and staying informed about the local real estate market and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the real estate market and market research skills
• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Skilled in client service and relationship management
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining property listings
• Ability to generate and follow up on leads
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Valid real estate license in Florida
• Experience in residential and investment properties is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred)
