We are seeking a motivated and licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate.

• Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions
• Generate and follow up on leads through company systems and personal networking
• Provide market analysis, pricing strategies, and negotiation expertise
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients
• Collaborate with our property management and sales team to maximize opportunities
• Stay up to date on market trends, regulations, and real estate best practices

• Active Nevada Real Estate License (required)
• Proven experience in real estate sales preferred, but motivated new agents welcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, MLS, and digital marketing tools
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
