SVN Providence Realty Advisors, based in McLean, Virginia, is a boutique advisory firm focused on leasing, buying, and selling commercial real estate throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. The firm has a national presence through its affiliation with over 200 SVN offices across the United States.

We are primarily specialized in retail, office, and flex/warehouse property types in the DMV. Our clients include local, regional, and national landlords, tenants, developers, and investors. The foundation of the firm is our broad and deep experience with virtually all facets of commercial real estate.

We are currently seeking a qualified professional with an entrepreneurial mindset to join us as an Advisor focused on leasing and selling office and flex buildings. The role offers high earning potential and the opportunity to work independently while benefiting from SVN’s collaborative and supportive team culture.

• Previous experience in commercial real estate strongly preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
• Active or obtainable real estate license (DC, MD, or VA)
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve high earnings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• DMV area applicants strongly preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or real estate strongly preferred
• Real estate salesperson/broker license preferred (DC, Maryland and/or Virginia)

Compensation includes a commission-based structure with incentives, supported by a guaranteed minimum income. We are open to tailoring the compensation plan based on individual qualifications and circumstances.
