Residential Surveyor - Yorkshire

We are seeking exceptional individuals throughout the UK to join our RICS Residential Surveying Team. FPSurveying delivers quality RICS Home Buyer reports and Valuations for our corporate and private clients throughout the country. We are looking to expand the area we cover and are looking for new people to join our innovative Surveying operation.

You will be home-based and will form part of an area team of residential surveyors. Individuals will be required to undertake mortgage valuations, home buyer inspections and building surveys on a wide range of residential property types and styles.

Your role will see you take ownership of a postal patch that suits you, covering Mortgage Valuations and Home buyers Reports at an average of 5.5 points per day.

You will help private clients draw their own conclusions on prospective property purchases by providing a top-class RICS Home Buyer Report.

Provide our mortgage lender partners with valuation reports on which they can confidently lend funds.

You’ll need to be an RICS registered valuer with at least one year of post-qualification experience in residential surveying. That needs to include a mix of Home Buyer Reports and Mortgage Valuations.

Experience with both Mortgage Valuations and Home buyers reports is highly desirable although we will consider those with recent red book residential valuation experience and VRS, looking to be trained for a home-based role.
