• Rebuilt receives 4,000 inbound leads per month from property sellers looking to sell. We need help processing these leads.
• Rebuilt is launching a curated MLS inventory channel that 50,000+ investors use to bid on properties and are looking for agents to represent them.
• We are seeking licensed agents in TN, OH, AL, GA, KY, PA, TX to launch the agent program.
• Ideal candidates:
  • Are knowledgeable about real‑estate investing and either own rental properties or have flipped properties.
  • Are relentless at follow‑up. Thousands of fresh leads come in each month, and the money is made in the follow‑up; data shows 40%+ of these leads sell in the next 12 months.
  • Are comfortable on the phone; we have a phone system built around Five9 that makes it simple to plug into our lead flow.
  • Can act as an inbound specialist to talk to property owners, assess their situation, and determine whether a cash offer or listing is best.
  • Have experience assisting investors in making offers on properties listed on the MLS and curated for the Rebuilt Marketplace.
  • Will work 100% remote, consulting with property owners in their licensed state and coordinating photo shoots to assess condition.
