We are looking for real estate sales agents - new and experienced! I'm the broker and co-owner of Century 21 DeAnna Realty, a fast-growing company in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Our company has a location in the western suburbs of Cleveland near Lorain County Community College. Our office is equipped with technology to support remote work and virtual learning via Zoom and Microsoft Teams, so coming into the office is not a daily requirement.

We're seeking new and experienced agents to join our growing team! Real estate agents work with home buyers and sellers, negotiate purchase contracts, coordinate financing and inspections, and market properties for sale. As an agent, you're involved in all aspects of a residential real estate transaction. It's not always glamorous, but it's an extremely rewarding profession!

We have recently expanded with three new locations, including two in Columbus and one in Mount Gilead, Ohio. With over 20 years of real estate sales experience and more than 10,000 homes sold through my companies, I personally mentor and train new agents. Our experienced agents also provide mentorship to newcomers. If you've ever considered a career in real estate, now is a great time to start!

    Responsibilities:
    Working with buyers:
    • Determining the buyer's wants and needs
    • Explaining different types of agency relationships
    • Educating buyers on market conditions and trends
    • Setting up property searches and viewings
    • Writing and negotiating offers
    • Assisting with financing
    • Coordinating inspections, repairs, and appraisals
    • Analyzing recent sales to determine home value
    • Guiding transactions to closing and possession
    Working with sellers:
    • Valuing homes based on recent sales and market trends
    • Explaining agency relationships
    • Providing staging recommendations
    • Creating marketing plans
    • Arranging professional photography
    • Opening title with a title company of the seller's choice
    • Hosting open houses and tours
    • Negotiating offers and repair requests
    • Coordinating appraisals and inspections
    • Managing closing processes
    Qualifications:
    • Ohio real estate license (assist with licensing process and transfer if needed)
    • Good organizational and self-discipline skills
    • Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
    • Networking skills
    • Entrepreneurial mindset
    • Sales experience helpful but not required
    Compensation:

    $80,000+ commission-based earnings
