• Operate as a Dually Licensed Agent by developing capabilities in both Real Estate and Mortgage domains to expand professional network and income opportunities.
• Pursue and obtain an NMLS Mortgage License while continuing real estate practice.
• Provide integrated client service across real estate transactions and mortgage financing, leveraging technology and resources to deliver seamless outcomes.
• Adhere to applicable real estate and mortgage regulatory standards with support from the compliance team.

• Active Real Estate License.
