  Boone County native, raising a family on her grandfather’s farm. Licensed in real estate since 2016, broker since 2021. Expert in contracts and transaction processes. Loves camping, hiking, and traveling with family.
• Alana Nyhart – Marketing Coordinator:
  Manages social media, content creation, and agent support. Enjoys trying new restaurants, reading, and traveling.

Qualifications

• 6+ months to significant tenure as a licensed real estate agent (required).
• Strong face-to-face client facing experience.
• Full-time availability.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable with basic technology tools (CRM, Microsoft Office, social media).
• Open to coaching and growth opportunities.
