Property Manager (Remote – South Africa)

Our client is a well‑established London‑based property company that prides itself on delivering a professional yet personal service for high‑quality tenants. The company manages a portfolio of UK properties and is looking for a Property Manager to work remotely from South Africa during UK working hours.

About the Company

The client operates across London, known for strong tenant relationships, hands‑on maintenance, and well‑maintained properties.

The Role

Fully remote position aligned to UK working hours. You will be the key point of contact for tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, handling day‑to‑day management of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage tenant relationships and deliver a high standard of customer service.
  • Handle maintenance requests and coordinate contractors to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Liaise with landlords and internal teams regarding property matters.
  • Manage move‑ins, move‑outs, and general tenancy administration.
  • Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and meet compliance requirements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to enhance the tenant experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ year experience in property management or a relevant sector.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident managing multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
