• Stay current on market trends, pricing strategies, and compliance regulations

What You Bring

• A valid real estate license

• A proven track record of success in residential real estate (2+ years preferred)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• The drive to operate independently while embracing team collaboration

• A passion for learning, growing, and delivering exceptional client experiences
