We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities and estate agents in addition to private customers. Right now, we are looking to recruit even more residential surveyors and registered valuers to our nationwide teams, all of whom are now benefiting from our industry-leading technology.

• Work on a variety of professional valuation work for lenders, intermediaries, and private customers (including Home Buyer Reports and Mortgage Valuations).
• Provide top-tier customer service to clients.
• Based from home with equipment provided to establish a home office; a company car or car allowance is provided for all employed posts.
• Collaborate with nationwide teams and use industry-leading technology.
• Role may involve flexible work arrangements; opportunities for full-time, part-time, consultancy or flexible hours.

• RICS registered valuer with at least one year of post-qualification experience in residential surveying. This includes any mix of Home Buyer Reports and Mortgage Valuations.
