Junior Property Consultant

As a Junior Property Consultant youll get a full 360-degree view of the property industry. Youll manage high-quality portfolios while simultaneously driving the lettings process. This is a varied role that gives you exposure to every area of property management from overseeing maintenance and inspections to handling tenant queries and supporting with tenancy renewals. Youll spend your first week in our London office for comprehensive training and then work remotely from Manchester on a normal basis.

Interviews will take place in November for a January start.

• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure deals that benefit all parties.
• Exceptional written and verbal customer service and communication skills for engaging with tenants landlords and contractors.
• A strong understanding of or a willingness to learn lettings legislation and compliance.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Flexibility to travel to our London office for the initial training week.
